1. Returns

We accept returns for most unused and unopened items within 7–14] days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty or skincare products (including creams, serums, or makeup) unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
(Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

5. Exchanges
